About This Position: The Intake Specialist most often provides the first impression as the first contact point with our firm. Intake involves communicating well with potential clients through phone and email conversations, entering and sorting data, conducting conflict checks and non-legal research, and scheduling initial consultations. This position also is the front face of the office and greets potential clients and visitors and handles sending and receiving documents and coordinating signing of important legal papers as well as opening and closing files. Other administrative and legal assistant tasks as necessary or requested.
About Us: GordenLaw is a small boutique law firm in Lincoln, Nebraska that practices only in the areas of law that touch on family relationships, namely divorce, paternity, custody, adoptions, grandparents rights, guardianships, and juvenile law. Founded in 2011, we will celebrate our tenth anniversary this year. Our firm is growing and expanding and seeking additional coworkers to help shape our future!
